Emago offers complete
integration with patient management software through a DDE or OLE link. More than
22 intra- and extra-oral CCD and Phosphor Plate X-ray sensors are supported by the
software, as well as TWAIN-compatible scanners and cameras. The software is DICOM
compatible for maximum flexibility.
Images are stored in a sensor independent image database. Image archiving is based on patient-ID and not depending on the sensor system used. This is a great benefit for clinics with multiple different sensor systems for intra- and extraoral radiographs and guarantees that images are still accessible even after replacement of a sensor system. |
Emago is also available for large clinics and Dental Schools. The compatibility with multiple sensor systems and file formats, combined with the option of setting different authorization levels for staff, students and other groups, and the possibility of integration with the school's Patient Management Software, make it a unique environment for digital radiography on a school wide basis.
